How Mailing bags are made?
Mailing bags are mainly made from Co/Ex, (Co Extruded) Two-layer polythene or Mono (opaque white or coloured film)
Co/Ex is stronger than mono films, this means the thickness of Co/Ex can be lowered, maintaining a good strength whilst reducing the price of the product. Co/Ex is also fully opaque, you can not see through it! Preventing people seeing into the package is a highly valued quality to many online retailers and consumers.
Mono material is often used to give a more vibrant white finish or it is used to promote different feel materials like MDPE films (Medium Density Polyethene) Mono (single layer) films are also an option for 100% ink coverage designs, as the large ink coverage also acts as a none see through barrier.
